Hi Kabby! It's so good to see yet another Tinker's member find their way here! I sure do miss the good old days. But...there are a lot of really nice people here too!! I haven't been very active on the forum, but I check in often to see what is going on. Hope to see some more posting from you.

Nothing wrong with those older day lilies. Our family property consists of about 1/2 acre of former daylily farm from the 1960's. No longer named or identified but beautiful flowers, and tough too

LOL... you are right about the LH dachshund!! (she is the real Snickerspooh) I had forgotten that I had her pic as my image on Tinker's.
She is now 15.5 years old and a little worse for the wear, but still hanging in there for me.

Jan I had to go back and reread your post. Daylily beds from the 1960s. I KNOW there had to have been Munsons in there even if they are no longer tagged etc. Sounds like heaven to me.
WHAT! Natalie not crazy about dl spiders!!?? So what's your poison? I love HUGE flowers, minis, spiders/UFs. Not fond of small flowered or doubles.

Kabby, I love doubles! LOVE them! I don't have many though. I also love HUGE flowers. I only have one mini, thanks to a generous friend here, but it just got planted. Can't wait to see its pretty little face! I also like the UF's, as long as they don't look too much like a spider. Luckily, there is a daylily form for everyone!
I love the older ones! Not that I don't love the newer ones too, but those older ones are tough and beautiful!
