We get just cold enough to knock it back. I had mine in a large container. I had left it outside under some benches in a small shade house that winter, and I'm really not sure what happened, but I think it got wet, then cold. It looked like the trunk,roots rotted.
God gave us wings. He just called them horses

We are in a Florida rental and there are huge masses of this vine. It's gorgeous and full of flowers. Really impressive. I'm sad that I can't have it outdoors where we live, or in the greenhouse because it's too large and too fast growing. It's a stunner!
