In a podcast episode a couple weeks ago, Dave mentioned his technique of weeding using a sharp shovel. We recently had to weed out a pretty bad bed of tall grass, and we took a video so we can demonstrate the technique for you.
Dave, I've done bulk weeding like that. The only difference was that the person with the rake was standing on the weeds, traveling in the same direction as the weeding and rolling the weeds up. Very quick way to do a bed that's gotten out of hand or when you are starting a new garden.
