That's surely a better idea, Alice. But if I get to choose, I always go in August or September. Much more dependable weather then, and also it's a really nice time to leave here.

In June, you'll get to see the most magnificent roses, though. Stanley Park in Vancouver has a huge gorgeous rose garden.

I can wait for good weather. Air Alaska has a direct flight from Charleston to Seattle; too good to pass up. Apparently this flight accommodates the Boeing execs that go back and forth.

It has been such a long while since I gave update on my Eulophia petersii.
Current photos this 15May 2020. It has just been over a week since I brought it out from overwintering.

There is that interesting new growth, hoping could it be finally a blooming stalk formation? I will move this plant to more direct sun now, so it can relish all the sun and heat it likes.
