Plumerias Photo Contest Winner: 2015 Charter ATP Member I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Garden Ideas: Master Level Forum moderator
Region: Florida Cat Lover Garden Sages Cactus and Succulents Tropicals Hosted a Not-A-Raffle-Raffle
It was very recently registered with the Plumeria Society of America. The flowers are very large, and similar to Confederate Jasmine, change color in the course of the day.

How difficult would it be to obtain? And how much $$$??

At this time only available in the San Diego area, I would guess. Luckily that is where you live! The SCPS have a meeting tomorrow at Balboa Park, it might be a good idea to go to that!
