so are these called berries or seeds?

I see your other photo , are the seeds inside the berries?

They are called berries and the seeds are inside .. you have to squeeze them out and they are tiny ... should have put a coin or something for scale. I've never grown them from seed before .. I took half and sowed them and the other half in the fridge.
