Oh how pretty Charleen.............Raining to beat the band here. Got woke up earlier with a simultaneous boomer and lightening flash the lit up the whole bedroom. I won't have to water containers today but wow it is really coming down...................

Sure what ever you can spare. It rained here till about 45 minutes ago. Now the sun is shining.... Will still get up to upper 80's 90º today and humid. So what is the point of the storm if isn't going to help????? Oh yeah so I don't have to water containers. I forgot.

The skeeters are going to stay bad with all this humidity and moisture. I swear I used a whole bottle of bug juice yesterday just to plant 4 hosta, dig and replant 2 ferns, a ginger plant, a big-leaf Ligularia, and a container I put on the side of the new shed.....

Plus all those containers need watering not once but twice yesterday.................

I will post a picture later of what I just saw in my yard, A beauitiful yellow bird getting the seeds from my cone flowers, I didn't know they ate those but he sure was having a feast.

I do too. Its nothing to look out and see 4, 5 goldfinches on my feeders or in the bird bath. When the robins aren't in that is. Those robins hog the birdbaths and will even chase away the smaller birds so they can get in there and flap around and hog all the water. I have 3 of them why don't they take the one that isn't in the pond garden one and leave the solar one to my goldfinches..........Naughty birds that is what they are. And if I see one more pull another worm out of my garden beds... ... ... ... ... ...

Should see the amount of goldfinches that rob my cone flowers. We have an abundance of both bird and flower............
