Thank you so very much for the suggestions of hydrogen peroxide and "watering from the bottom". The thought of navigating a small watering can through all of those pots was intimidating. This will make life a lot easier.

Have had mixed success in the past with plants indoors. Major exception have been my tropical hibiscus -- Antigua Wind. My plant is 3 years old now. It puts on such a beautiful display I couldn't dream of not saving it. Have had major problems with insects. Never spray outside and with the exception of a praying mantis who took up residence have never seen insects on it. Before bringing indoors, treat it with systemic and then repeat in 2 weeks taking plant out on warm day and dousing it again. And yet still get the little critters.

My cuttings aren't doing great inside. Mostly my own fault. I'm not good at watering things inside. PS cuttings did not root and about half of the coleus cuttings died. The ones that are alive are tall enough now to take cuttings from, so started a few new ones yesterday. I'm ready for Spring!

Mine are all doing well. Maybe I neglect them just enough but not too much.
