Wow Wolfgang, that sure is a beauty!

I have a 'Fame Monstrose', which suffered a few months, because of too much moisture and maggots at the roots. I repotted in a permeable soil and the plant recovered.
One can see the development during over a year. Dates given with the pictures (day/month/year). Each picture same plant.

Wolfgang that would be a wonderful photo collage to add to the database. I see yours also morphs in and out of the Monstrose form.

I have another Fame Monstrose, which changed shape of leaves. First it was typical for Fame Monstrose, then it got normal leaves; and now in the center monstrose leaves are there again.

Today I discovered two plants of 'Fame', which show 'Fame Monstrose' offsets

It is raining today, if it stops a few minutes I will go see what mine are doing today.

I didn't see any monstrose rosettes this morning. Last fall there were about 5 of them. We will see what happens this spring.
