Beautiful banner Sue. This is really a great semi-hardy succulent in my zone 8 PNW garden. I had them for several years, until this last winter. They just couldn't handle the 5°F temps, then a warm up with rain. Then a big nose dive again with ice.

I got a bunch of these from Zuzu when I moved here and the ones in more shade do not fare as well in the wet and cold which really did them in last winter so now I have them all in full sun spots year round. They increase so well and I divide them all the time and keep spreading them around. I still have lots of spaces I want to plant them in, I love them!
