Put tiny furry mouse costumes on the aphids, then maybe the cat will show interest. Big Grin

Ah, I'd have to shrink the cat.

Hilarious!

Okay, so that won't work. Next, use a Q-tip dipped in alcohol. That works pretty good, without disturbing the plant, or using toxic chemicals.

Ah! thanks! I had the Q tip but not the alcohol part. I had spritzed the lemon with some mild soapsolution, and put a little of that on the (I guess it is) Pachyveria, but mostly it got the Q tip.

If I see more I'll remember about the alcohol, thanks!

Thumbs up
I just got home a bit ago, so haven't had time to research your plant. Did you hear anything from the ID Forum?

Well, not lately. I did look on google and the Pachyveria blooms among those images looked pretty darn close, and many were this color.

It sorta looks like everyone is "stretching"...hence the legginess...they are reaching for light. A south facing window would be good for the winter for them, I bet. Every blue senecio I've had has gotten very upset with me when I watered it...they seem to really loathe moisture!

I only have an East facing window, I'm sorry to say. Well, and a North facing one, that looks into trees.

They are just going to have to be leggy for the winter.
