This reminded me that I forgot to dig up a clump of garlic chives when I was at our other house! Better add that to the list! One of my favorite garden plants, because of the smell. Besides smelling wonderful, it is also very pretty!

This is the first banner I have seen that I instantly knew the name, botanical and common, without having to double-check.
If you cover some of the plants with a tall black plastic pot you can blanch the greens until they turn white/almost white and they are easier to digest. I learned this from my friend PlantSister.
