Glass! Fun works!

Thanks Vic and Holly. I am glad you like them. I really love making new things. It can get addicting. I want to make some things with bowling balls this winter. I will be posting them if and when I get one done.

There is a thread around here somewhere with bowling balls.

All projects are nice. I need to get off ATP/FB and make something before Spring!

I don't have pics but I have a Barn quilt to mount when the weather warms up. I would like to get a second one done of the Carolina Lily for the daylily garden.

Teresa, Explain to me about your barn quilt. I have never heard of them before. From the pinterest page it looks like some are painted on and they said some were pictures of actual quilts that were blown up.

I have been working on mine in a garage before it got so cold. Mine is painted on exterior sign board.
I still need to put on some exterior sealer. It will be mounted on our barn. I want the lily one for a storage bldg near my daylily beds.

Those are beautiful. What kind of paint do you use?

I am using implement paint. John Deere green and yellow. International Red. The lady that has gotten me started painting them used it and hers has been up 4 yrs. I have seen on Etsy that other paint is being used.

I live in a rural area and it is catching on here. Several along the bigger parkways across KY and Ohio.

Well, I found my one picture of it in the painting process. Here it still has the green frog tape on it, but you can see the pattern and size.

I can't wait to see it in it's finished state, and hanging on your barn. Look forward to seeing the lily one.
