At the top of your screen, it says "File-Edit-View-History-Bookmarks-Tools-Help" Click on Bookmarks, the on "Bookmark this page". Click on drop down bar that says "bookmarks menu". It will then give you the option of for bookmarks-to add to the list, or to add to "bookmark toolbar". you can access the bookmarks toolbar by clicking on the double tiny arrows in upper right corner just below url/search bar. Sounds complicated, but it is very easy once you try it.

Yours is different from mine, when is the last time you updated ff? That aside, Terri's method worked and eliminated all the extra steps to get to the bookmarks. Give it a try.

The new FF is really annoying. I use it at work and hate it. Chrome is my preferred browser and CTRL+D is the only way I can get the darn thing to bookmark the websites that I need.

How new? I rec'd an email from FF about a week or so ago to download the newest version. Been busy-just plain forgot. Perhaps I should wait? Confused

The version that I have stores everything in the upper left corner. So, instead of having a bookmark option just under the URL, it's hidden and takes a couple of clicks to get to. Just not a fan
