Here is another "cool" possibility.

Thumb of 2014-12-23/Misawa77/cd9b53

"A reselect seedling we're lining out to take a good look at. Not a lot of ruffles, but we like the veining and the show stalks and the nice blue color. Parentage is Smoky Shadows X Tango Amigo. Smoky Shadows is throwing a lot of lined seedlings. If you look closely at the falls of Smoky Shadows, you can see lines hidden in there."

Pink with a light blue beard! Parentage is Sweetly Sung X Haunted Heart. *Blush*

This is seedling 11-TB-25-04.

" Light pink standards, white falls with a light pink laced edge and the light blue tipped beards. Great stalks and loads of buds, usually around 10-to-12 buds."

here is a possible 2015 introduction. It is a SA SDB. WOW.

seedling 11-SDB-18-06-HR

Thumb of 2014-12-23/Misawa77/aaf513 Thumb of 2014-12-23/Misawa77/75c33b

Here is the write up for it: "A space-age standard dwarf ready for introduction, possibly next year (2015). Been working this project for many years. Working from TB space-ager and pumilas per Ben Hager's directions. Took many generations to get the flower size down, bud count up, and falls to act normally. Parentage has seedlings going all the way back to 1991. On the pod side are Outrage (SDB SA), Carmel Celeste, Love Unlimited, Yearling, Wake Up & Bisbee. On the pollen side are All That Magic, Punk (space-age MDB), Solar Fire (TB SA), a bitone-yellow pumila, Wake Up, Bisbee, Extra Charm and Tender Tears. Plenty of rebloom in there also, but no rebloom yet."

Another possible 2015 introduction!

seedling 11-SDB-21-01-RE (Re-Bloomer!!)

Thumb of 2014-12-23/Misawa77/53e5fe

Here is the write up for it: " It is a REBLOOMER whose parents involving seedlings going back to 2003. On the pod side are Inner Space, Panther, All That Magic and Royal Overtime. On the pollen side are Bluebeard's Ghost, All That Magic, and Forever Blue. We like the nice round form and chartreuse wash on the standards and eyelashes beside the frosty blue beards. No firm decision yet."

Dang. I am moving too fast. I hate when "work" gets in the way of FUN.

I fixed it. But here it is again!

Seedling 11-SDB-10-12 looks a lot like Hester's Intrepid Hunter.

I love seedling 11-SDB-18-06-HR!!! Not only because it has horns, but because I really like that it has a white center!!

Wow Greg....I'm on overload!! Big Grin

Since they seem to be on the fence about this one...here's my 2 cents. I really like 12-TB-27-01 (Solar Fire X Drinks At Sunset). I think the veins look like Fourth of July sparklers...they add excitement, it's like a fiery explosion. I love the horns on it!

I like them all. The only one that seems to me to need more work is the cool seedling out of Smoky Shadows X Tango Amigo. I absolutely love the colors and veining...but the form..at least based on this one photo is a little ho-hum, but not bad...and I still might buy it because of the colors and veining!

More seedlings to show off.

This is seedling 10-TB-41-29. Parentage is Amber Essence X Drinks At Sunset. Possible 2015 or 2016 introduction. It's also possible that it was (or will be) rejected and make its way to the compost heap. It averages three increases a year, I kind of like those numbers Smiling

Love the first one, Greg. The second one seems same-old, same old -- to me. The ruffles are pretty -- but the color -- meh...........

Parentage is (Gypsy Lord x Bushwhacked) x (Gypsy Lord x Jazz Band) X Beyond Borders. This one is neat because it has a "Belly Stripe" (in yellow). That is kind of cool. Looks like they will need to do some crosses with it to see if they can make that stand out some more!

Greg, 10-TB-41-29 reminds me a lot of Jealous Guy. I have been lusting after JG but I like this one better.... more warm tones in the center. I hope this one makes the cut.
