I'm wondering what could be lacking with that one ? I'm glad that enough merit is seen in it to use in their breeding program. It's really lovely.

I agree , I thought I had already added my two-cents on how lovely it was before. Better late than never.

Rob, I heard Homer Simpson's voice as I read that! Hilarious!

Yes, Sand Dancer sure caught my eye too! I asked Rick if he thought it would grow in NE Iowa. Probably not. 1/4 Arils maybe. They like it hot and dry in the summer, and even too much humidity is bad for them. Waaah!

Lestv said:Now if I could grow AB's I would definitely buy Sand Dancer. What unique coloring!
Temporal Anomaly is really growing on me.

Dry summer dormant weather sounds like something that might survive in a pot in the house? But i should just forget about these, I have enough of a challenge growing regular TBs!

crowrita1 said:You will never know till you try, Tom !! So far, all my AB's have survived (wish I could say that about the TB's Grumbling )the Illinois winter, and are showing signs of good growth. I have heard that it's not the cold winter, so much as lack of a "dry" summer dormant period, that gives trouble Confused I don't know....but, I'm fixing to find out!
