For y'all that have Florida rooms with a lot of glass, what sort of glass did you use? Do you have problems growing tropical plants in the room?

I have Pella double pane windows. I bring the Orchids & a couple other tropicals inside in the winter. The Plumeria is in now & keeps putting on new leaves.

I do have a problem with too much light, in 1 corner, once the leaves fall off the Oak (prob next month).
Blessed are the Quilters for they are the Piecemakers.

We have an east facing full-wall window that's almost floor to ceiling, and it cooks us dearly in the summer mornings. We have to get it tinted; it is unbearable sometimes. I can't imagine a Florida room there....maybe if it faced a different direction or had trees hanging over it!
