Welcome to ATP and the Daylily Forum Hilary
There sure are some beauties in this thread already. Picket Fences, Painted Palace...the huge watermark on Pencil Thin Mustache. Peppered Leopard & Pitter Patter both have cool "spots"
Panther Eyes, love that black eye. Promoted to Glory, I don't think I've seen that one posted before, nice! I was surprised when looking at my list of daylilies starting with "P" tonight. There are around 30 in the garden and a number of others that have grown here over the years. I'll post a few favorites...
One of three registrations by Dan Trimmer from the cross of Almond Puff X Francis Joiner. I grew 'Kathy Rood' also, but 'Pat Neumann' did better here. Never tried the third sibling ' Sugar Mountain'
A favorite with nice branching/budcount growing in my "Dog Bed".
A good parent in the early days of pattern breeding.
Also a good parent for patterns and has a nice plant with good branching/budcount.
A Point of Divergence kid with nice clean colors, a super plant and a good parent for patterns.
A 2004 sculpted form from Eddy Scott, a hardy evergreen for me in zone 4.
Great branching/budcount, nicely pleated sculpted form.
Big, nocturnal, bright yellow.
Another great yellow, a bud builder that blooms late into fall.
Primal Scream is a popular one! I couldn't resist posting this image of three blooms open making a big fiery orange ball.
