There are a couple different Kalanchoes (and bits of other genera) in this pic, but most of it is K. blossfeldiana, florist Kal, from different plants. Some is supposed to be red-flowered, but it's not had a chance to show me yet.
If you put a pic of yours in the Plant ID forum, folks should be able to help you figure it out.
