My Neomarica candida is blooming today.The blooms last only one day but the next day you have another blooms in the plant.

KNIPHOFIA 'Red Hot Poker' flowering today Christmas Eve.
I am unsure how meaningful these cultivar names are. They came as dry bulbs in a packet. It is from the Perennial Series packed by Bloomin' Bulbs.
