I don't have the room to grow as many amaryllis as I used to sadly, but this winter I wanted a bulb for some colour in the house. I bought what I thought was Apple Blossom at a supermarket, as it's so reliable and such a beauty. What I've come home to today is definitely not Apple Blossom! It's very lovely though, a uniform dark strong pink.
Does anyone have a suggestion for which cultivar it is?
Thanks
Sue

If its a dark pink it could be something like lagoon, pink rival, pink surprise, or paris. I'm looking at my photos, those 4 are all possibilities. What an odd substitution for the easily available Apple Blossom.

Even though it's not Apple Blossom it is still very pretty. Thumbs up
