Loving all of them, it gives me hope nodding It's up to 6 degrees now, and looking for a high around 9 today, and tonight back down to the minus numbers.

Are Geraniums winter hardy there Debra?

My spring is here, what I posted above was taken this past week.

My roses usually start blooming in April if I cut them back early enough, these are all last year's shots.

Celia, your Hellebore looks a LOT healthier than does mine. Big Grin

Tom, Zonal Geraniums will come back reliably as long as they are mulched well and the winter has no sustained below freezing temperatures--sustained meaning continuously below zero for several days in a row.

Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! Ken

Sure like the blues in the Bulbs and Borage, Sue. Smiling

Gorgeous, as always, Paul. I tip my hat to you.

I would love to have zonal geraniums here. We haven't seen below zero all winter. I would be willing to try one plant. All the others are in pots on the dining room table (moved in from garage) and are turning nicely green processing chloraphyl. (sp) They had growth all winter in the dark but were ghostly white until moved into the house. I think I have one Martha Washington in the bunch
From -60 Alaska to +100 Virginia. Wahoo

Sue, the bees have been so busy, it looks like a small snowstorm with fallen petals under the tree.
It really should have been pruned earlier this year. We've been busy bees ourselves. Smiling

Wow, the west coast is certainly MUCH farther along into spring than the east coast. We are colder than usual in NC and running late.

All I can offer up at this time is crocus:
