It does look like we are in RPH -B8, although the small Anthurium crystallinum is in RPH-B7 which doesn't mean they are not elsewhere too. At least the numbers are consecutive.
The site I showed the fern on is excellent, I first found the link to the photo on google images but then found the home page where I selected South Florida. The plants are listed alphabetically, I checked the little box to list by family so ferns were clumped together but I still went through all the alphabet to find the fern families and I checked every one of them! This is the only fern which came anywhere near, so it's a native. I used the 'find on this page' to search 'fern' on each page to make it easier.

I went through the whole of the RPH -B8 section and checked all the plants there with no results, same with RPH-B7 although Anthurium crystallinum is positive.
I only checked the sections including the oh so obvious Adiantum though, we could check other sections and who knows, we might find it. The listing might have got muddled up on the pdf.
