Love your great idea. I have used a square shovel to do this type of work in the past with less than disable results probably because of the two side bends of the shovel. I think with a little tweaking, maybe welding treads to the top on either side of the handle in order to get a better foot placement to sink the blade in a bit easier. Thanks again for the tip.
