On Monday, we opened the Spring Bulb celebration week with the Top 50 Bulbs, and I challenged everyone to post their best pictures this week. Now let's see which of those photos got the most thumbs from ATP members.

Dave, the snow melted enough today that there are patches for our first snow crocuses to come through. And LabourofLove still has a foot of snow everywhere, so she's probably a week behind us. These snow crocuses are our first (and only) spring bulbs in bloom -- I saw some buds coming up, but while not like Kate, we still have some of our gardens covered with snow... They aren't exciting, but ... they ARE exciting! It's been a long winter!

So perhaps we can open the door for some of us to add ours to the tail end here?

So here we go, even farther behind in the spring flower race! Still, today for the first time it got up to 61 and I could get out with my camera: I see daffys and tulips sticking up noses, but just crocuses, snow drops and Lenten lilies in bloom:
