A Favorite Spot by the Pond in Spring

Gardens are constantly changing. They need weeding and pruning, but every once in a while for a frozen moment in time, everything looks just perfect.

Beautiful photos, Rita ! I love my perennial garden in the spring when the daffodils are blooming, too... later it seems to look pretty messy (and not just because of weeds Hilarious! ), which makes me think I need to do some serious remodeling there. Just one of the many projects on my gardening to-do list for this year!! Smiling

After the bulbs finished blooming this spot didn't look as magical either. It was just the right moment in time to look so prefect.

Very nice Rita! I've had quite a few "perfect days" over the years and it's a wonderful thing. Some days in life matter a little more than others, to borrow from an old TV show..."I love it when a plan comes together." It is quite pleasing!

One or two really stick with me but if time were to freeze I'd develop ISFSHS (itchy shovel foot and spade hand syndrome). I'm already afflicted and the pause button is nice but I'd hate to be stuck.

Happy memories fuel the fire.
