This article has information about the U. laevis but also says there is a variety U. parvifolia in Serbia.

You can exclude laevis, It has hairy packaging seeds, leaves is double toothy and the tip of the curved bottom, the underside of the leaves is hairy. I tip my hat to you.

probably glabra, maybe hybrid glabra

From what I saw , and I browsed most of the species, this is Elm Glabra. Hurray!
(although it resembles certain chinese type as well, very much)
