Yesterday, we were at Monterey, CA..in previous years we went there, I have not been taking photos of plants. This time around..got to appreciate more the succulents Minimalistic arrangements or in containers that makes it more eye-popping.

Nearing Monterey as we pass through Sand City..more low growing succulents and drought tolerant plants growing on the drifting sand dunes:

Impressive old Jade plants...very fat stems! Really shows it does not need deep area to grow. Though the leaves look small..I wonder if it is too much cold.

I've always wanted to visit Monterey.
