Glad for the glads! This is a staple in many summer arrangements. They are actually better as cuttings than in the garden where they tend to topple over!

Candee - do you have to treat for thrips on your gladiolius? Mines all get attacked after a few years - so rather than threating them, I ended up discarding most of my gladioluses. I really liked them when they were healthy. I only have one healthy bunch.

I have never had any blight or disease on my glads. Surprisingly I have a few that overwinter and come back year after year. Biggest problem is having to stake them because they grow so awkwardly sometimes.
