A better picture would have been when we moved, a few years ago....we moved down the street, one block. most all the plants got thrown in the wheelbarrow, and hauled down the street...but, the "best" thing was our "fire proof" safe ! It was way too heavy for this old man to lift (even into the wheelbarrow), so I put the two wheel appliance cart under it, and down the street I went !! About half way there, the Village Cop pulled up beside me, and said, "Is this something I should be concerned about ??"

I just returned from the P.O., and mailed 6 more boxes. I have 4 to pack, and mail tomorrow, for the HIPS sale, and one SIB to dig, wrap, and ship ........and that SHOULD be everyone ! If you didn't get what I promised you, or, if you haven't heard "back" from me..........t-mail me and let me know !!

Arlyn, looks like that's all for you. I will be digging tomorrow & Wednesday (June 23 & 24). That will include for yourself, @irisarian (Lucy) & @enidcandles (Lori). I will try to have you three in the mail by Wednesday afternoon. You should have your irises by Friday or Saturday. Let me know if there's anything else you need or want. (And that I have in my list which is badly in need of update as to "have" or "use to have".)

Then the following week after the 4th of July I plan to do some major, major digging, eliminating and replanting. This will be another phase of my annual 'down-sizing'. All of this will depend on the end of this perpetual wet, rainy weather. I will post when I ship your rhizomes.

Arlyn, my box arrived with more than I expected. I would say your check is in the mail but it is still in the mailbox for pickup tomorrow. My husband is astounded that anyone would send a package on the hopes of being paid. Thanks again from the newbie. I will be planting tomorrow!

Arlyn, your check did get in the mail today. Your babies are planted labeled and ready to grow. Why oh why do I have to wait 11 months to see them bloom!!! Anxious for other trades and late July to begin digging. I hope I get over this waiting melancholy soon or it will be a looong year.
