Some of the seeds started to germinate, again like last year, so far 5 out of 5 are all whites, not much hope. Hopefully some new sprouts tomorrow will have some greens

These are the most recent photos I can find, from a few years ago. Unfortunately a few months ago I had an issue and had to change phones. In the process I lost a few thousand photos that didn't transfer over.

At least you can see the plants are healthy! The visible variegation is minimal due to being grown in shadier conditions. For the past couple years the plants have been growing in full sun. The leaves are small, sparse, and mostly white, just at the tips of the stems. I just moved them to a better area, so hopefully by mid-summer they will look much better.

Here are younger pics, better showing the variegation, although not showing well on the last pic.

A quick update on the variegated seeds, so far 23 out of 27. And half of them have yellow tone, another half full white, I hope some of the yellow ones will survive.

@rattlebox any updates on your beautiful variegated adeniums? Did they survive this last winter's freezing temps? My 2 variegated seedlings reverted back so that was a fluff.

I think your double bloom variegated is so pretty. Have you tried rooting the cuttings as a back up. I've started growing some of my cuttings so if they bloom I can later on hand pollinate them.

@GigiAdeniumPlumeria sorry to be so late to respond. I haven't been on here for a while.

I still have two of the variegated cultivars, one being the double. But right now they look crappy. I have way too many Adeniums from seed, and since they don't bloom consistently, I'm having a hard time narrowing them down to a few faves.

Biggest problem, I guess, is my work hours had changed such that my property (~3 acres), planted beds, and potted plants all suffered. Luckily I have changed jobs with hours more conducive to yard work, but it's going to be a long effort. And my advancing age (73) isn't helping with the energy!

Anyway, if you remember this spring send me a note, and I'll send you a clipping of the variegated double if you want.

@rattlebox Ron Thank You! so much! Lovey dubby Yes 3 acres is a huge property to take care of! My desert roses bloom better with South exposure this time of the year until it gets cold! But you are in Naples so most likely you don't get our cold weather!

@chhari55 that first one is gorgeous Lovey dubby hope you get viable seeds from it.
