I won't let myself complain about winter, although it is much colder up here than anywhere else I have lived. I just don't want to be complaining half of my life away ... So, the heat is it !

Trying to pump it out, and hopefully will not have issues with mold.
We also had 10 million teeny ants come in over night and carry away the kitchen
I set out some borax mixed with pancake syrup to poison them. Well many are dead this morning but not from poison. They drowned in it
Also trapped 3 mice in 2 days. I guess all the critters are getting desperate and looking for the Ark
Even the cattle across the road were looking miserable. Just standing there in one place ... day after day of rain. Actually closed down 60 hwy at James River. Said the river was the highest it has been since 1909. I guess this was our hundred yr flood

By next Wednesday, we are headed into several days of triple digits. Oh, joy ... I hate the heat.
