Love those fiery little blooms! They've just started here too.

I planted some crocosmia bulbs from The Lily Garden early this spring. A few clumps are blooming and some are not ( maybe next year )
This is Sharona. I am waiting for approval to add to Plant Database

There are two other varieties that should bloom soon but deer ate the buds.

Lucifer is early here. I expect my new ones will bloom in mid July next year.

I need to try some of the offerings from The Lily Garden, yours are nice JoAnn.

I got 5 varieties from Brent and Becky's last year, and only 2, 'Emberglow' and 'George Davison' bloomed. I was disappointed in some of the others because several of each group of 10 didn't grow at all. The good thing is those that were alive, did survive the winter and are blooming this summer.

These 3 are all shorter varieties, in the 12-24" range.

This is 'Emily McKenzie'. I was surprised by the size of the bloom and I love the markings.

First time seeing this one bloom too, 'Meteore'.

'George Davison' This one has shown good vigor, but for some reason the foliage is yellowing a bit, and did the same thing last year. I added bone meal last year and compost this spring, so I'm unsure what the problem is.
