This is a seedling from Rinoa. I wanted a dark single that was seed grown, not grafted.

This is " Aurum Crown ". (Rinoa's)

Rick

Rick, my Aurum Crown is taking forever to open its blooms. Should I bring it under shade and protection from rain so that nothing happens to the buds?

Kadie, I would keep them from the rain if you can as long as you can give them sunlight still. The yellow blooms will get dark marks from water if fully open.
I pulled my dark ones and Aurum Crown into a early day sun or filtered light situation, as friends had said they are darker and more intense this way. Put them into a bit more sun once I saw if it made a difference.
That Night Shadow was a very nice one, if I remember correctly.
Cannot wait to see them open.
