These 2 issues have recently been noted:

1) I use the Bookmarks Toolbar for Firefox. I have icons for the sites I go to often listed in that toolbar. I sometimes jump to another site (ebird, T-Mobile, News, etc.) when I am on ATP. When I go back to my toolbar to click on ATP, it brings me to ATP but is asking that I login again. That never happened before unless I completely logged-off Firefox.

AND ... I don't login as requested, but instead just click on the HOME page icon. Brings me right into ATP bypassing re-signing in. In the past, when I clicked on the Firefox toolbar ATP icon, it would take me right to my home page. (I was not asked to login.) I don't know if this is an error in the way my Firefox is set-up or something changed on ATP.

2) I have been noticing this other issue for about a week .... When I am writing a post and wish to skip a line to start a new paragraph, sometimes I am not able to do that. (The "enter" button on my keyboard does not take me to a new line. It stays right where I finished typing.) So I have to copy my post, get out of the post, get back into a new post, paste my writing in the new post, and then continue writing and using my "enter" key to skip a line to start a new paragraph. It happens off and on .... but not consistently. I haven't noted anything different that I am doing. I've never had that happen before and I write a LOT of posts. Is it my computer? My keyboard keys are NOT sticking. It is the function that is not working off and on to use the enter key in my posts on ATP.) I am not having a problem with the enter key on any other websites, so ..... ? Confused

Problem #2 happens to every now & then if I am on my tablet. Have no idea why.

I also use firefox
#2 happens only when I give an acorn tip and then start writing a post--enter key doesn't work.
I just refresh the page and then everything is fine--no need to copy/paste and all that other

acorn tip ..... Hmmmm .... that could be it as I have been giving a lot of acorns lately. I will pay more attention ... like right now! (I just gave you an acorn for your great sleuth work!)

OH MY GOODNESS! You are RIGHT, dirtdorphins!!! It's the act of rewarding acorns that freezes up the enter key! Ha! It stopped the enter key from working. I did a refresh screen and that fixed it .... duh! Why didn't I think of using refresh? Can't see the trees fer the forest..... Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!

No one else but me having a problem with #1?

I'm impressed that you narrowed it down to this. I was able to replicate it and will see what I can do to fix it.

Am trying it out by giving you an acorn for fixing #2.

Yes, it's fixed!

Any idea about my #1 problem?

As for your first question, what is the ATP Bookmark icon linking to? What exact URL...

I used to kinda ignore small issues like that, but then I got to thinking about newbies coming to this massive website. There is so much to learn and figure out without little things that can throw you off. So now I speak up if I come across something that is peculiar or not working the way that it probably should. Addressing even the smallest of issues can help this site run flawlessly (or almost so). Plus .... some glitches just annoy me more than others. Glare Whistling Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!

Yeah when there are little bugs like that, it's best to fix them rather than ignore them. Sometimes they are hard to fix, especially if I can't reproduce it. But if I see it happen on my own computer that nearly 100% of the time I can find what's causing it.

Dave--it's great to have an Administrator who cares and wants to fix bugs, even little ones, and one who can fix them!
Sorry, but that is unusual everywhere else in my world.
I will try to remember that ATP and you are the exception rather than the rule.
If I ever identify a little glitch again and recognize it as such, I'll let you know.
