Yes it is!
It is such fun to see how other people do it and what they are growing!
Most big(ger) cities here in Holland have complexes with plots which you can lease.
It is a very old custom, I believe ìt dates back to the 17th century (!)
Poor people were given plots to grow their own vegetables, it was supposed to keep them out of trouble and make them happy.
And they didn't even grow Daylilies back then!
