Making a Pebble Planter

By goldfinch4

Looking for a little project to pass the time when cold or rainy weather keeps you out of the garden? How about making a cute pebble planter? This design works especially well for succulents and alpine plants because of the excellent drainage this pot provides.

I love diy projects. I will print this off. I even have the wire mesh (hardware cloth). Overbought it a few years ago and now have a project for it. I have recently become very interested in rock and alpine gardens but am not too sure about putting them outside. This would offer an opportunity to test out plants and soil and enjoy them inside at the same time. Thanks so much. Thank You!

Thank you Mary! I'm sure they'd be happy indoors as well. Please post pictures when you're done. Hurray!
