I have already placed my orders for this year but that Summer Jewel Lavender Salvia sounds pretty. Gonna go look at it anyway. Maybe next year.

I found some new wallflower colors I didn't know existed on seedaholic.com. I got the Blood Red, White, Tom Thumb Mix and Fire Ring. I love the fragrance and they are one of the earliest to blossom in the spring. I planted some last Monday and they were up in three days (vermiculite sowing).

A friend at our garden club gave me a catalog from an Amish family that sells seeds out of Ohio, Berlin Seeds. Their prices are good and I found some things in there I want but I will call that order in today.

Thanks Danita. With free shipping I don't mind ordering just one thing so here I go again. Funny cause I looked at the catalog and it's not in the one I have. Unless it's under "NEW" or something. You just made it super easy. Love the salvias for the hummers.

Arlene, they just added it to the website a couple of days ago. It's not even showing on the Salvia page yet. I think that they hurried to add it because Alana and I kept emailing them about it! I'm guessing that is why the listing still looks a little lackluster. I must say, the customer service there was so wonderful! The vice-president has actually taken the time to write several emails to me. They will be getting a recommendation in the Green Pages for sure!

That would be a great one for a shared order. Wow. 250 seeds/$6.25!! I would split a few. I typically have very good germination with Salvias.

Oh, the catalogs have arrived! Whee! Let the fun begin. Need to sort through leftover
seeds and make my list. Get a few tomatoes wintersown, along with some poppies, nigella,
coreopsis, gazania. Now I can start looking forward to spring.
