I have this plant but it has only bloomed once and that was when it was given to me years ago! How do I get it to bloom??

I move all my plants outside in the Summer here in NJ and this one sits on my deck from May to the end of September, getting bright sun for several hours a day. I fertilize and water then regularly with my other Succulents, nothing really special. Watering gets tapered down in Winter inside or the pieces might rot.

Ursula, do u set them in the direct sun or are they covered, like on the porch with a roof?
