All About Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are nutritional powerhouses, but they enjoy less popularity in America than in most parts of the world. Here, the white spud is king. Apart from the color, the two do bear a strong resemblance, but some differences emerge when you dig a bit deeper.

I'm an avid fan of sweet potatoes, eating them often in place of white potatoes! Now that I'm trying to lose weight, I love the fact that I can indulge on the yummy spuds! And I have some to start my own garden of potatoes this year! Yummy! Hurray! I tip my hat to you. Thank You!
