My favorite metal Ladybug got mowed over twice while I was mulching leaves. I loved her so much I pulled out the dents the best I could and gave her a new coat of paint. . Now she sits on a shady rock.

Cheery pics, Cheryl. How do you keep your Abutilon free of aphids in the GH? I gave up wintering them over indoors because they were such aphid magnets for me.

So far aphid-free here@shadegardener. Crossing fingers. I do have issues with spider mites though. My gh has many anoles. I like to think that they help keep the bad bug population down.

I do keep my eyes open for spider mites. I do spray down everything before moving it into the gh in the fall. Aphids were a real problem on ornamental peppers and Abutilon though so I stopped overwintering them and haven't had a problem since.
