I have more, but can't seem to find the pictures, not sure I might have deleted them.

I need to find my Elvis Dreamer oddities. And I have a couple more too that I will find when I get home.

I hope to have less frost damage this year. The first bloom on one was all convoluted. I finally broke it off, then it began to send up normal buds and blooms.

Elvis had a rough start last year. Frost damage, then a hail storm. The later blooms were finally "normal", or as much so as this one can be. There is a lot of beard to this iris.

It was because there was a late freeze period after a warm winter in our area. Then the hailstorm came just in time to shred a lot of the first TB's and my hostas.

I don't use any sprays or poisons in my garden. I weed with my hands only. The only thing I spray is soapy water. I noticed a couple of other irises growing that way too. Could it be from cold nights and warm days?

As for Quiet Friendship, I have no idea why it does that. It did it last year too.
