Rick....as a matter of fact that large binder was one that I had brought home long ago from a bid packet or class from work! Hilarious! Hilarious!

I love the fact that now we can say "re-purposing" and "recycling" instead of "cheapskate", "used", and "second-hand junk".

"Cheap" is good, "free" is best.

I checked my Dollar store last night, but no baseball-card pages or alphabetical folders.

Rick....I don't think the dollar stores will have the baseball card collector sheets. I think I got mine at a Hobby Lobby....but I found these with a search. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000PWZU4E/

I see the Amazon offer. Also available at 50% off from another vendor, plus 75% shipping Sad

True, until someone overproduces a few million of them, and dumps them on the market. Then they'll be cheap enough to wallpaper greenhouses with them.

I buy mine from Staples if that helps anyone.

If you want to get them from Hobby Lobby, wait till they put them on sale. Their sales will rotate every month, so it gets easy to keep up with when there is something your waiting on.

Thanks for the great tip I know I have those sheets somewhere when my son collected cards. Where do you get those little envelopes?

The plastic seed bags are a $1 at Walmart for 100 count I think. I found them in school supplies.

They have them at Micheal's and Hobby Lobby too. They are with the beads.

Here's an alternative to the plastic sheets with pockets - I got the idea from Jonna Sudenious who mailed me some seeds this way.

Tape seed packets to a piece of paper or cardstock.
Punch three holes in the card stock.
All done!

Scoth tape peels easily off the plastic Ziploc. Or rather, you can peel the Ziploc away from the tape when you wnat to sow from it.

I'd rather tape along the side of the packlet, rather than over the lip. I imagine that some glue might stick to the lip, and seeds stick to the glue.

Or, permantly tape a sandwich baggie or three to a piece of cardboard and fill the baggies with many 2x3 Ziplocs. This is more like bulk storage than "display".

I send seeds to seed exchanges in one or two of these pages.
Also use photo size inserts for bulk packs of seed.

They also make pretty presents if you find some color photos and reduce them to fit in the Zip-locs or in the pockets.

A waiter in a Chinese restaurant overheard me talking about tomatoes, and asked me what variety he should send his mother for Mother's Day. So I went back later with a clear trading-card-page stuffed with a variety of tomato varieties and he loved it.

I didn't have tomato photos, but I made up this page of Asian Brassicas just as decoration.
