I had the expensive lesson that when you need to replace a built in oven, you need to hire a contractor to adjust the cabinets. Unlike the dishwashers that I have replaced, they don't seem to come in a standard size. I had to wait until the new one was delivered and then have the old one removed. The contractor had to measure the space and shape it to fit the new appliance. Yikes!
This expense on top of a large hillside landscaping project that was completed just before the oven died, limits what I can order this year. So far the only thing I am sure I'm getting is Batik. I lost it due to carelessness some years ago. I divided and replanted too many at one time and mislabeled some rhizomes. I accidentally gave my Batik away to a friend. My garden is very small and I intend to replace Stepping Out which has never bloomed for me.
