'Emerald Ruff Cut' has been in my garden since 2009. It's registered as a small plant, though I think mine is more medium. It's a sport from H. 'Sea Angel Wings'. Ovate leaves have golden yellow centres with darker green margins. Margin is heavily rippled. Gold becomes lighter during the season. Medium-fast growth rate. Please feel free to share your pictures of this hosta.
