I've been trying to figure out for the last year how to plant this old root ball.

paint it green and orange and make it something from the alien movies

I see an outdoor light fixture...tiny lights twined around the roots.

No planting ideas? Not sure about the alien thing Allison, I scare easy.

I can see it with the twinkling lights, just don't have anything big enough to hang it from. It is very large and heavy.
