Dave can you set up a page for Pulmonaria? I recall reading how to propose it but can't find it. Was it Genus + species (if applicable) + Common Name?

Yes, that's it exactly. If you want to apply to all Pulmonarias regardless of species, then you leave the species name off. Otherwise, you add it with the species and if you later want to make it apply to other species (but not all) in that genus, you would add the others as synonyms to that parent plant.
