Has been identified now ...xanthocerus sorbifolium... This tree was seen growing in Lyle, Washington...any help with an ID?

Sooby over in ID identified it...it's a xanthocerus sorbifolium.....I'n not even heard of that before.

Well I visit the nursery often ( they all know me by name) and there is a sale coming there soon.

It's always good when the nursery people know who you are......

Well some times! I just like to look because you just never know what you're going to find. All the nurseries are looking kind of pathetic at this point in summer.

We only have Home Depot and a small out front section at Bi-Rite, ditto at Fred Meyers...Bi-Rite and Fred's start emptying out soon. They're both in Brookings and we're not up there as often as we were before....being as I still have things to find spots for in the ground, I do not need to be looking at new plants anyway...I did a lot of seeds this year and I'm still planting. It really is amazing how much you can squeeze into a tiny little yard....LOL...
