Recently a landscaper removed some medium sized trees from our property. He had this amazing shovel which we promptly ordered after he left. The digging up of trees could not have been easier, faster or more efficient. It is aptly named 'root assassin' since it cuts through the roots (even those of the adjoining Ficus hedge) like butter....
I highly recommend this shovel.

Dutchlady1,
How about updating with a review after you have used this shovel for awhile. It seems the reviews I read were not too good. It seems the construction of this shovel is designed for very light duty jobs.

I will, but I would like to mention that this was a professional landscaper who had used it for some time.
