That was how my hosta garden use to look like in the winter. I had to do something because it is right outside my bedroom window. I roll over in the morning and it is so in view it is like in the room just across from my bed.

I have flloor to ceiling windows and no window cover because I do not have neighbors. Sooo I went on a hunt for winter garden decor.

This is what I did. Still working on. it need a couple more hardscape pieces and more spring bulbs.

My winter Hosta garden.

Mine is still looking pretty white, we just got a fresh dusting of an 1". Prob won't see anything other than white until mid March. Plant tags holding up great so far.
